a new photo page for Jay Cool

Okay... so I am reworking all kinds of mad stuff, to include the photos section. It will be built by hand with multiple sections or albums, something like that. However, a new feature, that will be somewhere... is the JayStream page. I upload a photo, it shows up here. So this is my version of a PhotoStream or Clicker or whatever those dumb shit services are called. Photobucket? idk... here is mine! lol ... Enjoy
